Frank W. Lippitt is chairman of the board of management and a partner in the bank. As a graduate of the University of St. Gallen he started his career with Bank Gutmann in 1987. He has been a member of the Bank’s board of management since December 2001 and a partner since 1999. In October 2000 he attended the INSEAD AMP for Senior Executives at Fontainebleau. Born in Kitzbühel, Tyrol, he regards the increasing challenges in asset management as a welcome development that necessitates the steady improvement of the Bank's services in this field of specialisation.

Adolf Hengstschläger joined Bank Gutmann in 1987. As CFO, he is responsible for the Bank’s financial management, back-office and operational infrastructure. This includes in particular the Operations division, which is responsible for processing all securities and payment transactions with great efficiency and quality. As director of our real estate companies, which invest primarily in care facilities and senior housing, he is committed to social sustainability and works with investors to implement projects in this field.

Marcel Landesmann has been a partner of Bank Gutmann since 2012. He is head of Private Clients and as a member of the board of management primarily responsible for the Bank’s controlling, business development and personnel development. Marcel Landesmann has a track record of more than 20 years in senior positions in international private banks in Austria and in Switzerland. Marcel Landesmann is very active in the cultural scene as a member of the governing board of Konzerthaus and of the board of Klangforum, and has been teaching at the Lauder Business School for several years.

Friedrich Strasser joined the Gutmann Group in 1990 and served as a member of the executive board of Kapitalanlageaktiengesellschaft for ten years. Friedrich Strasser views working with the press as highly important, but also values the direct communication channels offered by social media. Honesty, willingness to assume responsibility and a forward-looking management style taking the long-term view are qualities that characterise him as well as the Portfolio Management of Bank Gutmann.

Stephan Wasmayer has been associated with the Gutmann Group since 1997. In 2004, the Viennese born banker was promoted to lead the risk management department at Gutmann Asset Management Company (KAG). From 2009 to 2018, he held the position of Member of the Board of the Gutmann KAG and during that time also became partner of the Bank in 2013. From October 2018 to June 2021, Stephan Wasmayer was Head of the Chief Investment Office at Bank Gutmann. In June 2021, he was appointed to the Bank's Board of Management as Chief Technology & Information Officer.

Harald Latzko joined the Gutmann Group in 2001, starting his career in Bank Gutmann’s portfolio management. In 2004 he transferred to Gutmann Kapitalanlageaktiengesellschaft to work in legal & tax, of which he was appointed head in 2010. Since 2018, Harald Latzko has been serving as a member of the executive board of Gutmann Kapitalanlageaktiengesellschaft. His principal responsibilities are legal matters, tax and risk management. He is also a member of the board of directors of VÖIG (the Austrian Association of Investment Fund Management Companies).

Christoph Olbrich has been with Gutmann KAG since 2007 and has been Head of the Equity Fund Management Division since 2014. Before that, he worked in Eastern European fund management and in risk management at an Austrian fund company. He has been a member of the Board of Gutmann KAG since 2021 and in this capacity responsible for fund management. His main tasks are the implementation and structuring of the equity strategies of Gutmann KAG.

Thomas Neuhold started his career at Gutmann KAG in 2004. After 3 years in risk management he was responsible for the management of the Gutmann bond funds since 2007. Since 2018 he is member of the board of Gutmann KAG and responsible for fund management. His responsibilities are the implementation of investment strategies and the decision making process in fund management.

Jörg Strasser has been with the Gutmann Group since 1999. He became head of division Operations at Bank Gutmann AG in 2013. Prior to that, he was working as client relationship manager in Institutional Private Banking. Since 2018, Jörg Strasser is member of the executive board of Gutmann KAG. His focus is on evaluating the net asset value of the Gutmann KAG investment funds, IT-project management and client service.
Zoltán Baki, as Member of the Board of the Hungarian office between 2004 - 2020, helped to establish Gutmann Hungary, the Bank’s first foreign subsidiary. As a partner he places great importance on preserving clients’ family wealth across generations, which the Gutmann team personally supports with advice, attention and trust. Wealth transfer and understanding entrepreneurial families are essential, and in light of this both Gutmann Bank and the Hungarian affiliate are members of the Family Business Network. Karl Fahrnberger joined the Gutmann Group in 1994 and become head of the Operations department in 2006. After having trained as a banker he specialised in securities transactions and management. As markets change in ever shorter cycles, such a results- and solution-driven management style is becoming increasingly valuable. Claudia Figl joined Bank Gutmann in 2005 after holding various positions at major Austrian banks. She has been serving on the management board of Gutmann Ungarn Investment Beratungs AG since 2007 and has been Division Head of Private Clients since 2014. An internationally certified financial consultant, she boasts nearly 30 years of experience in banking and finance with a focus on international private banking. She is also deputy chairman of the board of Austrian Financial Planners. Figl has a long track record in managing inter-cultural teams and has moreover been acting as senior financial advisor to international private clients, foundations and trusts. A certified mental coach, she values the responsible approach pursued by Bank Gutmann in dealing with its clients and staff and works with special dedication on the regulatory challenges of banking in the current environment. Within Private Clients she is responsible, among other things, for monitoring quality standards and customer-specific process management.
Martin Grolig has worked in the legal department of Bank Gutmann since 2004 and has been head of the legal department since 2013. He holds positions in investment management companies of the Gutmann Group in the real estate and private equity sectors. He is Bank Gutmann’s contact person with supervisory authorities and represents Bank Gutmann in various interest groups.

Martina Haschke-Pistori has been working in the cost accounting department at Bank Gutmann since 1991. In 1995, she was made Head of Accounting and in 2015 appointed as Head of Human Resources - Payroll Accounting. Alongside her professional activities, she received a Master of Accounting, Finance and Taxes. Her contribution to the bank’s success is based on commitment, competence, an optimistic attitude as well as supporting and motivating for her co-workers.

Louis Kahane joined Bank Gutmann in 2020. He is a Division Head of the Private Clients Department. Before joining the bank, Louis Kahane worked in the US and Switzerland for various investment banks and an industrial group. He is a graduate of NYU in New York.

Peter Karst joined Bank Gutmann in 2007. As partner he is responsible for Private Clients with a focus on advising and supporting private clients, private foundations, and business enterprises. He previously worked for 28 years as a private banker and held various executive positions. At Gutmann, his areas of specialisation are primarily family businesses and Portfolio Management, but he is also actively promoting the ongoing integration of new media resources. Tomáš Končický joined the Gutmann Group in 2011 and has since been head of the Bank Gutmann subsidiary in the Czech Republic. He has had more than twenty years of experience in leading positions in international private banks in the Czech Republic. He views the decision made by the Bank to open an independent subsidiary in the Czech market as a substantiation of the engagement of the company in the Central- and Eastern European region. Robert König joined Bank Gutmann in 2011 and was made partner in 2021. After many years as client relationship manager, he now serves as Division Head of Private Clients where he is in charge primarily of international private clients, the bank’s branch in Prague as well the subsidiary in Budapest. For him, Gutmann is a responsible family-owned enterprise that always focuses on the client’s interests. Robert König spent his childhood and youth in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. He completed a law degree at the University of Vienna as well as advanced professional training courses at the London School of Economics and INSEAD. As a declared cosmopolitan, he feels at home everywhere in the world where culture and liberalism prevail.

Anton Resch joined the Gutmann Group in 2001 and served as a member of the executive board of Kapitalanlageaktiengesellschaft for twelve years. Szabolcs Varga joined the Gutmann Group in 2004 and has since been managing Gutmann Hungary, the Bank’s first foreign branch. He regards the decision to serve the Hungarian market as confirmation of the Bank's commitment to the Central and East European region. Compared with Austrian clients, relationships in Hungary are characterised by a stronger emotional quality, which values the personal attitude of staff as much as their performance.
