The Supervisory Board of Bank Gutmann AG has appointed Dita Kernova as a member of the Management Board with effect from 1 May 2026. She will assume responsibility for IT and Operations.

Dita Kernova succeeds Stephan Wasmayer, who will leave the company at the end of April 2026. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Stephan Wasmayer for his many years of successful service. Under his leadership, key future projects were implemented and the introduction of a new core banking system in 2025 set the course for further successful development.

Ms Kernova has many years of international management experience in the banking sector. Her expertise includes the management of banking operations, process optimisation and automation as well as the role of Chief Information Officer. She completed her bachelor's degree at the State University of New York in Prague and her master's degree at the State University of New York in New Paltz.

"We are delighted to have found a first-class candidate in Dita Kernova for the further digitalisation and continuous development of our processes. As a member of the Executive Board, she will play a key role in shaping Gutmann's future," says Louis Kahane, Gutmann CEO.

With the appointment of Dita Kernova, the long-term planned generational transition on the Management Board has been successfully completed. From 1 May 2026, the Gutmann Executive Board will be composed as follows:
Louis Kahane (CEO), Meinhard Platzer (Customers), Dita Kernova (IT and Operations) and Walter Schwarz (Risk, Legal and Regulatory).
