Gutmann wins Private Banking Olympics

We have done it. We are the first Austrian bank
to top the List of All-Time Best Performers.

Over the past 15 years, the renowned Prüfinstanz (Verlag Fuchsbriefe/Institut Dr. Richter|IQF) has been surveying and assessing the quality of private banking institutions in German-speaking countries each year. Using a complex test scenario, anonymous testers conducted reviews of around 80 institutions to identify strengths and weaknesses in the quality of the consulting session, asset management strategy, portfolio quality and transparency. Institutions that win top places in these tests may claim to be among the best in their industry. Firms that gain a place in the List of All-time best Performers constitute the benchmark for quality in private banking.
This year, the focus of the survey was on expertise in currency-related matters.

After winning top scores in previous years, Bank Gutmann had again reason to celebrate this year:

1st place in long-term ranking
2nd place in one-year ranking

We are proud of the distinctions we have received. They are the reward for many years of team work and an encouragement to face future challenges.

Bank Gutmann has been synonymous for
first-class banking for many years. The Austrians truly deserve the top position on the List of All-time Best Performers they have won for first time.

Fuchsbriefe Report “TOPs 2018”

This is it – our trophy!

Usually, it changes hands every year. But, who knows, perhaps our Bank will manage to keep it for a longer period of time.

Frank Lippitt, Partner und Chief Executive Officer of Bank Gutmann:
“A top athlete is happy about every victory. Those who regularly win top places over an extended period of time make it into the hall of fame. We are very pleased to be number one on the List of All-time Best Performers. It is a recognition of our work and encourages us to consistently continue on the course we have charted.”
