Our mission is to provide comprehensive, customised services to clients by highly qualified advisory teams. Using structured processes, we develop customised solutions for our institutional clients.
Trust, personal contact and experience are the key pillars of the Gutmann approach to client relationship management. Founded in 1922, Privatbank Gutmann is a wealth management specialist and market leader in Austria. An 80 percent interest in the Bank is held by the Kahane family, another 20 percent by executive and non-executive partners ("The Gutmann Partnership Approach"). Gutmann currently manages assets worth more than EUR 16.9 billion (Status as at 2013-03-31).
Our business model, which relies on partnership and entrepreneurship, guarantees the highest quality standards, commitment, consistency and swift, independent decision-making. Thanks to its ownership structure, the Bank is not exposed to the influence of national or international financial groups and therefore open to solution-driven approaches to its tasks.
We pursue a highly structured approach in our mandates. Working closely with our clients, we define the return expectations and risk tolerance associated with a mandate. Agreement on benchmarks for performance control and consideration of tax/legal criteria are key components of a customised solution.
As we pursue the targets set, we focus on our clients' interests, giving due regard to the specific structure of our clients’ enterprises. Over the years we have developed high standards of service quality and competence. Our success is based on continuity in the provision of our services, a committed and highly qualified staff, solution-driven advice and a transparent and efficient organisational structure.
